3. Hassle-Free U.S. Shipping (The Border is on Us)

We’ve removed every barrier for our U.S. customers. As a registered Non-Resident Importer (NRI), we take full responsibility for the border-crossing process.

No SSN or Tax ID Needed: We’ve eliminated the need for you to provide personal identification for customs.

4. Physical Displays (Mill Valley, California Region)

While we are primarily a direct-to-customer online manufacturer, we do maintain a partnership with an authorized dealer with a showroom in California. This allows customers in that region to step inside a display model and experience the quality of our Western Red Cedar firsthand.
